President Donald Trump fired FBI Director James Comey on May 9th.This was another astonishing, but not extraordinary action from this Administration. The initial reason was Trump, under the advisement of Jeff Sessions, Attorney General and Deputy Attorney General, Rod Rosenstein, who penned a memo “Restoring Public Confidence in the FBI” recommended his termination. Simply put, the President had no faith in now former FBI Director, James Comey.

His staff trumpeted the message through various news outlets. However on May 11th in an interview with NBC’s Lester Holt, he cited, “This Russia thing with Trump and the Russians moved him to make that decision to fire Director Comey and that he was going to do it regardless of the recommendation.

The firestorm of criticism was immediate with charges by his critics ranging from of “a poor choice” to “cover up” sent the Administration reeling. There have been more calls for an Independent Investigation from Democrats and now a few Republicans.

This looks like an issue that could dog this Administration with no signs of going away anytime soon.

Comedian, Radio, and TV Host Steve Harvey is taking his operations from Chicago to Los Angeles. Mr. Harvey however, did not inform his Chicago staff of the move and has hired a new, replacement staff in LA, according published reports.

Wow, I guess that’s what loyalty gets you when you work for Steve Harvey huh….
