Famed Comedian, Author and Educator Bill Cosby’s long awaited Sexual assault trial ended in a mistrial.

The accuser, Ms Andrea Constand claims Mr. Cosby sexually assaulted her in January of 2004 giving her drugs and sexually taking advantage of her.

The state asserted that Mr. Cosby used drugs in sexually assaulting her without her consent, and the assaulting her with drugs to impair her ability to consent.
